Darin H. Luneckas

With his practice focused mainly in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation and criminal law, Darin H. Luneckas works to find solutions and get results for his clients.

Darin earned his Juris Doctor degree and graduated with honors from the University of Iowa Law school in May of 1999. Following graduation from Law School, Darin passed the Iowa Bar Exam and began his practice at a small Cedar Rapids law firm as a general practitioner. After over three years as an associate, Darin decided to start his own firm with his current partner, Chad W. Newhouse. The firm opened its doors in March of 2003.

An Iowa native, Darin attended school in West Branch, Iowa. After graduation, he earned his B.A. in Political Science from Coe College in Cedar Rapids - graduating in the top five percent of his class and earning membership in the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society. Darin was also elected Student Body President and Homecoming King while at Coe.

When he's not working or spending time with his wife, Jamie, Darin enjoys golfing and playing basketball. He currently resides in Cedar Rapids.

Darin is licensed to practice law in the Iowa State Courts, the Federal Court for the Northern District of Iowa and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
